Inter Cars S.A. is the largest automotive distribution company in Central and Eastern Europe. To achive our business goals, we constantly invest in modern technological solutions. We are currently preparing to implement a new ERP system in our foreign companies and we are looking for experienced business analysts for cooperation in the area – Finance. Position: Senior Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Indicating application areas that require changes.
- Tracking legal changes in terms of adapting the software to emerging or changing regulations.
- Creating requirements, participation in the software development process (analysis, design, tests).
- Conceptual work on the development of applications and IT systems consisting in agreeing business requirements with users and preparing documentation necessary for their implementation by programming and integration teams.
- Creating and maintaining business process documentation.
- Process mapping according to BPMN notation.
- Control/verification of the correctness of created solutions by preparing and participating in tests and acceptances.
- Substantive support for development teams. Analysis of existing business solutions for accounting on the market.
This role will suit people who:
- Have knowledge of financial/accounting issues, accounting principles as well as tax and fiscal law (preferably higher education in finance, economics or similar).
- Know process modeling techniques – BPMN, UML.
- Know process modeling tools – Adonis or others.
- Know agile methodologies. In everyday work, they use English (speech and writing, min. B2).
- Available to travel abroad (several times a year)
Conditions of employment:
- At the beginning of cooperation, apart from on-the-job/project implementation, we also offer a two-day onboarding. This is a great opportunity to get to know our company, structure and organizational culture.
- We offer a contract of employment (full-time) or B2B cooperation.
- We work remotely, 8-16 or 9-17
- The remuneration consists of the basic part / base + 20% bonus (granted after the trial period and depends on the effects of your work)
